The use of Go! MasterCard to make the purchase entitles the customer to one (1) additional raffle coupon.
5. Customers must present the official receipt/s only at the redemption booth of the branch where the purchase was made to claim the raffle coupon/s.
6. Customers must fill-in the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, contact number/s, branch where the purchase was made, affix signature and drop at designated drop box of the store where purchase was made.
7. The deadline for the submission of entries is on August 30, 2008 at the closing hour of each store.
8. The grand draw will be held at Robinsons Supermarket Metroeast located at Marcos Highway Corner Imelda Ave., Pasig City. The draw date will be on September 5, 2008, 5:30 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.

10. A participant can only win once. Should the customer win more than once, the prize with a higher value will be awarded to him/her.
11. The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.
12. The winner will be notified through registered mail and his/her name will be printed in a newspaper of general circulation and posted at the customer service counter of Robinsons Supermarket.
13. The winner must present the winning raffle stub, 1 pc. 2x2 ID picture, original and photocopies valid proof of identification with photo and signature (i.e. driver’s license, passport, NBI clearance, SSS, TIN, etc.) and the registered mail in claiming his/her prize.
14. The winner can claim his/her prize at the customer service counter of the branch where purchase was made.
15. In the event the winner cannot present the raffle stub, he/she needs to execute an affidavit of loss duly notarized. A 60-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as affidavit is submitted to our office in order to ensure veracity of claim. This is for the protection of the winner.
16. If the winner is a ‘minor’, he/she must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers in claiming the prize on his/her behalf.
17. Redemption of prize shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.
18. Robinsons Supermarket Corporation shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10, 000.
19. Promo period is from July 15 – August 30, 2008.
20. Employees of Robinsons Supermarket and its affiliate companies, their advertising, manpower and security agencies, their spouses and relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
MECHANICS FOR SHOPPING SPREE
- The schedule and venue of shopping spree shall be coordinated with the winners by the Marketing Services Department through phone call via landline or mobile phone.
- Shopping spree will be at Robinsons Supermarket at the designated branch, date and time of the shopping spree agreed by the Robinsons Supermarket and the winner. The winner will be given one whole day to do the shopping spree provided that it is done within store hours.
- Wine and other forms of liquor, cigarette, and other tobacco products and medicines are excluded in the promo.
- Items obtained from the activity are non-convertible to cash, not transferable and cannot be resold.
- The winner is entitled to a shopping spree within (60) sixty days from the receipt of notification; otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.
- The winner will be entitled a maximum of P25,000 worth of items. Any excess amount shall be shouldered by the winner.
- Any unused amount after the scheduled shopping spree shall be forfeited.
