Promo Mechanics
1. Promo
Period is from November 24, 2006 – January
31, 2007.
2. The promo
is open to all Metrobank/Go Mastercard
Credit cardholders in good credit standing.
3. Purchases
should be made within the promo period from Cebu Pacific authorized ticket offices* and
website (online book and pay) and
participating Robinsons retail
establishments: Robinsons Department Store,
Robinsons Supermarket and Handyman Do It
Best Home Center / Handyman Do It Center.
4.
For
Metrobank Cardholders, a minimum
single-receipt purchase of P 1,000 qualifies
for one (1) electronic raffle entry. For GO
Cardholders, a minimum single-receipt
purchase of P 1,000 qualifies for two (2)
electronic raffle entries.
5. Cut-off
of qualifying entries for electronic raffle
is at the end of business hour on January
31, 2007. For purchases made on-line
cut-off is 12 midnight on January 31, 2007.
All raffle entries will be raffled off
electronically on Feb. 15, 2007 at Metrobank
Card Corporation’s Head Office at 16th
Floor GT Tower International, H.V. Dela
Costa cor Ayala Avenue, Makati City,
Marketing & Sales Department, at 3:00 P.M.

7. Metrobank
reserves the right to certify if the winning
entry is eligible. The winner must have an
active account (no outstanding past due,
credit card is not suspended, cancelled,
lost or stolen) at the time of the draw.
8.
All
Metrobank Credit cardholders may win only
once. Should a cardholder’s name be drawn
more than once, the prize of higher value
will be awarded.
9. The
winners shall be notified via registered
mail.
10.
Winners
should agree to be featured in any and all
publicity materials regarding the promo. Winners may claim their prizes at Robinsons
Retail Group Head Office, 110 E. Rodriguez
Jr Avenue, Libis, Quezon City c/o Norman
Causing or Jenifer Punzal. To claim their
prize, winners must present their Metrobank Credit card or
Go Mastercard, any valid ID (driver’s
license, company ID or valid passport) and the
original copy of notification letter.Prizes
shall be tax-free
11.
Prizes are transferable but not convertible
to cash.
12.
Claim period is within 60 days upon
notification. Prizes not claimed within the
period shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
13. All
employees of Metrobank Card Corporation,
Robinsons Retail
establishments and Cebu Pacific and its Ad Agency including their
relatives up to the second degree of
affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining
the raffle.
14. In
case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank
Card Corporation and Robinsons with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered
final.
15. Go!
Mastercard, Metrobank core cards,
participating Robinsons Retail
Establishments and Cebu Pacific shall not be responsible for any and
all claims, demands, suits, actions, rights,
or causes whatsoever for any and all damage, loss,
injury, death, accident or liability, actual
or contingent, caused to the
Winner(s) and their companions or their
property arising out of or attributable to delays, action,
inaction, misconduct or negligence of such
airline, land and sea transport operator;
hotel; tour operator; helicopter transport
operator; and others engaged in carrying out
the flight and
tour services, including but not limited to
delays and alterations made in the
program or changes in scheduled services.
16.
Travel arrangements in claiming of the prize
for Raffle Draw Winners outside of Metro
Manila shall be at the expense of the winner(s).
II. Mechanics
for the Trip
1.
Package includes the following:
(a)
Roundtrip airfare via Cebu Pacific (MLA –SIN
– MLA);
(b)
Roundtrip airfare via Cebu Pacific (MLA –
HKG – MLA);
(c) Roundtrip airfare via Cebu
Pacific (MLA – any local destination –MLA).
2.
The
travel date must be booked and ticketed
before May 31, 2007 through Robinsons Department Store
Business Development Department at telephone
no. (632)
395-5925 c/o Mr.
Norman Causing or Ms. Jenifer Punzal
(Mon-Fri. 9:00AM – 6:00PM).
Bookings
must be made at least 7 calendar days before departure
dates.
3. Travel
date should be within March 1 to December
31, 2007 and shall be based on the
Availability of the Cebu Pacific
Flight. Tickets are re-bookable but subject
to seat availability and Applicable fees.
All booking cannot be made during the
airline’s block or embargo dates. Once
ticketed, plane tickets will no longer be
transferable.
4. The winner
and his/her designated companion shall be
responsible for their travel-related
Documents, clearances and expenses.
III.
Raffle Promo Control Measures
1. A DTI
Representative will be invited to witness
the actual electronic raffle.
2. One (1)
raffle entry will be awarded to

drawn in case the winner is disqualified
based on the approved mechanics.
4. The list
of winners will be given to the DTI
Representative after the electronic.
5. Metrobank
Card Corporation will inform DTI of the
final winner after verifying any
disqualified winner/s and reason/s for
disqualification.
