Guidelines:

1. Open to all cooking enthusiasts.
2. With a working budget of P 250 – P 600, create a one-dish meal or main dish and vegetable dish for a family of six (6).  Use only fresh ingredients not processed or prepared seasoning or mixes.
3. Criteria for judging:
         30%    Over-all acceptability (color/appearance, flavor, texture or                 consistency, general appeal, and acceptability
         30%    Ingredients/foods representing groups in the Filipino Food Pyramid                 guide
         10%    Originality (creativity/uniqueness of the recipe)
         10%    Cost/economy, availability of added ingredients, ease of preparation
         10%    Time management
         10%    Presentation

PRIZES:

Grand Prize:	P 25,000.00 worth of Robinsons Gift Certificates
Second Prize:	P 20,000.00 worth of Robinsons Gift Certificates
Third Prize:	P 15,000.00 worth of Robinsons Gift Certificates
